Can 4 hours change your life?

Please join Ginny Laracy, LCSW in person for a 4 week meditation series beginning in March in Montclair. We will spend our hour together practicing a meditation, discussing the benefits of meditation, and building practices that can last a lifetime.   The series will take place every other month and will focus on different themes.  For March our focus will be on practices that help us to be more in touch with our body and its needs in order to be more present in our lives.  Sign up by February 29th, space is limited.

Meditation for Teens

I have over 20 years of experience providing counseling and support services to teenagers and am now excited to bring meditation to them as well!  I can create a program that suits your class, school club or sports team in order to bring mindfulness our young people, providing them a life long skill that will help them with anxiety, depression and help them to stay away from maladaptive coping skills like substance use, eating disorders, self harm and tech addiction.
